Mediation

If your case relates to a repairs issue, then the case could be referred to our in-house mediation service, but only if both parties agree to this. Mediation is practical, confidential, quick and free but is not available in relation to cases brought under the 1984 or 1988 Acts.

Mediators are trained, impartial people who are skilled in helping establish common ground in even the trickiest situations. If mediation is not chosen or does not succeed, the matter will be referred to a committee.
