Annual Reports

Each year the Panel produces an Annual Report which gives details of the Panel's activities throughout the year.

From 2007 onwards, the Annual Report will also report the frequency with which applications to the Panel (whether valid or invalid) include complaints about the landlord's management of the tenancy.

At present, the Panel has no power to deal with management issues, but this new requirement will enable a record to be built up to show if there is a need to consider whether such a power should be introduced.

If you wish the Panel to record your complaint about a management issue, then please do so using the Management Complaint Form or on a separate sheet of paper with your name and address and 'management complaint' clearly marked at the top. Send this form or sheet to the prhp along with your application form.
