How We Work
The prhp aims to make the process of making or defending an application simple and straightforward. Making an application is free and much quicker and easier than going to court. There are two options for resolving a dispute – by committee or mediation.
Committee and Procedures
Once an application has been made to resolve the dispute, the parties can opt to have a Committee make the decision for them.
Mediation
If your case relates to a repairs issue, then the case could be referred to our in-house mediation service. Many people find mediation a better and less stressful way of resolving disputes.
