Who We Are
The Private Rented Housing Panel (prhp) was created from the existing Rent Assessment Panel for Scotland (RAP) which has been working to ensure fair rents for tenants and landlords across Scotland for many years.
Panel and Committees
The prhp is referred to as 'the Panel', and consists of members and a committee.
Annual Reports
Each year the Panel produces an Annual Report which gives details of the Panel's activities throughout the year.
